Hey there! Welcome to the Little Pink Pigeon’s first-ever “newsletter” type blog – a hub for catching up, chatting, reflecting, sharing, and making some unforgettable memories! The past year has been a whirlwind of awesomeness, with loads of travel, epic experiences, and life-changing lessons. As we step into a brand new year, it’s humbling to look back and feel grateful for all that we’ve experienced. And guess what? The excitement for the future is REAL! Ever since we made traveling a priority back in 2020, from our epic RV road trip to backpacking in Europe, we’ve been bitten hard by the travel bug. However, the prospect of new beginnings appears to be on the horizon, inviting us to embark on fresh journeys. (Rest assured, our explorations will continue unabated.) And what better time to embrace change than the advent of a new year, some say. Join us as we embark on this new chapter, weaving tales of adventure and joy.
My desire to create and share my essence has always been a significant part of who I am. However, this creative process has also brought feelings of vulnerability, which have acted as a deterrent to exploring the unfamiliar. In this new year, I aim to confront this insecurity, push beyond my comfort zone, and embark on the journey towards growth. Only by stepping into the unknown can I unlock the full potential of my abilities and reach new heights of success.
With all the possibilities ahead, I’m not quite sure what direction this newsletter will take. But one thing’s for sure, we’re heading into a year full of epic adventures! As we roll into 2024, let’s ditch all the heavy stuff and go easy on the New Year’s resolutions. Instead, let’s boldly pave our paths, dive into unknown seas, and make choices that light up our spirits!
